Sneak Peek of Graduating Senior "T"! Class of 2016 NVHS

"T" is the youngest brother in the "W" family to graduate. I have worked with both of his brothers and we had the best time in downtown Naperville capturing his personality. "T" is an alto saxaphone player...which I am super fond of as I played myself for years. He had such a genuine easy easy smile and was great to work with. Mom you have very nice boys!  I'm really happy with the images we captured and will post the gallery very soon!

Sneak Peek of the "G" family!

Off to the woods we went, with two very busy boys! Mom and Dad are used to the fun busy playing that we did, from walking on logs to swinging with Mom and Dad... we then gathered leaves and they used their hats to collect them and bring them to me.  So glad we got the group and individuals for you! Love the candid nature of their pics. Carol

Sneak Peek of the "W" Family!

5 months 2 and 3! Wow were we busy. What a mix, with two of the busiest ages, and a 5 month, who wasn't sitting just yet! The "W" family has worked with me since 3 year old  "I" was 1, and we have had some busy sessions...this one was probably the most challenging with the new baby sister and 2 toddlers. Sitting wasn't really something they wanted to do, so we sang and played games and hid Mickey to get a few sitting on a park bench...then running in the trees was great fun, and helped get some of that energy out...Poor  "E" at the end just sat and said I don't want to over and over:) which brought smiles to the people walking by as we attempted to lure out one more grin!I think the park bench shots  are great and am sooo glad that we have some smiles in there for you! 
Hang in there Mom and Dad-We will look back on this year one day and smile as they grow and change and I am sure next year they will surprise us! Ill post the gallery soon!

Sneak Peek of the "H" Family!

Urban was our choice this year! I had lots of fun shooting in a new spot, that had so many options! Mom and Dad have busy little ones, so we were able to get a lot in quick. I have been photographing these kiddos since they were babies:) Mom you looked amazing, and did fantastic with the outfits! Cant wait til next year....will be calling soon to get those cards done!

Sneak Peek of Graduating Senior "D" NVHS Class of 2016!

I took Senior "D" to one of my favorite locations as we had a wonderfully cloudy day, with a forecast of more of the same:) As we arrived, the glorious sun decided to pop out, which was not quite what I had planned . Senior boys are usually really cooperative, and like to shoot quick, unlike my Senior girls who enjoy the outfit changes and more time. "D" was a trooper though as I had to work with the new lighting situation and find suitable spots to set up in  that would work well. It was well worth it to see the results, and fun to be challenged as well! "D" was perfect. Love your picture with  Mom, what a great way to end, tossing around the Rugby ball and a few shots with Mom:) Thank you so much for your patience and spending more time with me to get these! Love so many and I hope you do to!

Sneak Peek of Beautiful Dancer "E"!

"E" drove all the way from Wisconsin to have some pictures taken of her point'e and dance. Mom and I have been friends for awhile, and I so miss them now that they don't live here! I'm so happy this date worked out, and really enjoyed getting to see all her beautiful dance moves....loved the point'e!!! Thanks for that critical eye! Carol

Sneak peek of the "M" Family

5 months, 4, 7 and 8 can be challenging ages to coordinate poses with! We usually do a more candid session, but with new baby sister just 5 months, candid was a bit more of a challenge:) I am so proud of these kiddos and how they worked with us to get shots with the baby. I think the kids together were the most fun as Mom and Dad will have plenty of "out takes" between those "perfect shots:) Loved working with you again!

I'm used to seeing Miss "O" with a bun or ponytail at the dance studio, and forget what a beautiful young lady she is turning into! Mr. "S" is taller than me, and so handsome and cooperative, love working with these kids. Thanks so much for having me capture these for you-love them all!

Sneak Peek of the "W" Family!

One of the greatest things about being a photographer is building relationships with families. The "W" family has been with me for 7 years! I can still remember when we had the ":color" of the year, and Mom I hope you are smiling:) I am also proud to say that we have yet to repeat a location. The boys are so wonderful and cooperative to work with, and getting BIG.  I am thinking next year "W" may catch up to me and tell Dad, no &:) and that I am looking forward to next season and finally getting to go to your favorite location! I loved that you took a few iphone pics of me taking their pictures so they can remember me...its so nice to know that I have been a part of their memories.
