Sneak Peek of Graduating Senior "J" and his sister "M"!

We had a great time with our Last Hurrah Senior combo session! "J" is a hockey player at NVHS and his sister happened to be in town this week. We chose urban Naperville for our session, which worked out great. It was a bit chilly- yes for May, low 40's! We thought we saw a snowflake toward the end brrr. Cannot wait for mother nature to warm us up. Mr. "J" was so easy to work with and game for anything...some of my favs are with his hockey skates and stick. I can tell he knows what he wants to do, and wish him the best of luck at college! Im thrilled that I was able to get these posted so quick!

Sneak Peek of Mrs. T...my friend and future author!

I had the opportunity to photograph my beautiful and amazing good friend S this week who was in need of some environmental head shots.  S is a future author and is finishing her first book! YEAH- so exciting that you will be a published this Fall! I cant wait to see which picture you choose for the cover. I've always encouraged my friends to take some pictures of themselves now, while we are still "young." I find that most of us Mom's don't like pictures of ourselves, and just don't take them anymore....S and I had a really nice time - I am glad she had a reason to take some and that we captured a few candid fun shots that she will have for the future. If you would like some pictures of yourself, or with friends, give me a call...it will be fun, and those pictures may mean so much later:)

Do you need Communion invitations or Thank you cards? A picture?

We will soon see little girls in beautiful white dresses and little boys in fantastic suits! My daughter is making her communion this year too, and I cannot wait to take her picture. If you need invitations, or thank you cards, please give me a call. I offer cards with photos and cards without. We can use a photo on thank you cards also. Communion photo sessions run 30 minutes and can be taken the day of prior to your event. If you have everything ready and would like to get pictures before the big day, we can do that too. The Communion special is 30 minutes, 1 image on cd for $100.00. A second image can be purchased for $25.00. Cards are $1.60 each and come with envelopes. Favorites from the "K" family!

The "K" family had a very windy day for our session this past fall. We decided, if there was wind, that's ok and kept shooting. Mom would have preferred to not have to put her hair in a pony, but in the end, all was great! "Monkey" was a bit hard to catch, at 2.5-3, we tend to get a lot of nooooo don't take my pictures, and then the drama begins, of running away to see if we really are going to have to do this:) Dad did a wonderful job of catching "M" (Monkey is his nickname), and we read books, played hide and seek with the dogs and then had some apples for a snack. I so loved his bright eyes and curls! Mom and Dad are expecting a second child this summer and I cannot wait!
