Sneak Peek of the "M" kids! Carnival Session!

The "M" family runs one of the largest, carnivals in the area. I have photographed Ms. "P" and Mr. "D" for 4 years and thought what a better place for their pictures than a carnival? As a photographer, its one of the places on my list that I have always wanted to shoot at, and I was soooo happy that Mrs. "M loved the idea. Traveling there in 102 heat, I was wondering if we would survive the heat:) and if the poor kids would be a sweaty mess:)  Mr."D" took awhile to warm up as he is soon to be a teenager, but little Ms. P" was happy from the start! We worked with the colorful benches, and the rides and had a blast! About 45 minutes in, we decided to ride the ferris wheel to see if we could get some cool shots in the air. While riding a huge storm rolled in lightening as all! The kiddos were fine but Mom and I were happy to get our feet back on the ground! For the next 10 minutes we felt like we were in the drive up -tornado scene from the movie twister as 50mph gusts of wind came through the carnival moving things around and forcing a quick shut down. Hail followed then rain. You would never know that these were taken 10 minutes before! LOVE the colors and the look! Thanks for a great time!
