Welcome Spring!

I so love that Spring has shown up for a few days this past week! We took our puppy out to Knoch park for a walk, hung out at home and if any of you know our typical schdule-this was very unusual for us! Of course I had to break out the camera and dust it off (JK)! It was great fun to shoot outside again and not have chattering teeth! I am looking forward to getting some great beach shots on our trip...see you in a week!

Wonderful "K" kids !

These kids were awesome! I got a call late fall that they wanted to set up a photo shoot for their Mom for Christmas...I promised not to post them until after the surprise! With 2 at college, it was hard for them to get together, so over a holiday weekend, in 32 degree weather, we got these great shots! Mom loves her pictures.. I can only hope one day my children do something like this for me! Take a peek!

Sneak Peek of Baby "J"!

Is this not the cutest baby girl you have seen! Of course, I am partial as this is my niece...7 months old and so darn cute! I love her chubby thighs and he baby blues...so sweet! Not one fussy moment during her session. Seriously 6-7 months is the best age for photographs. She loved the Tutu, silly sounds and a few stuffed animals and we had he smiling and posing! I really love the quieter ones of her sitting in front of the chair too...so precious! I cannot wait to photograph her outdoors!

Sneak Peek of Baby "J" and big brother "D"!

I had the pleasure of photographing the cutest newborn baby boy and his brother this week. I had not seen little "D' since we did his newborn pictures! Boy how big he has gotten. His baby brother was the sleepiest baby I have ever photographed, and looked like "Bam Bam" in the brown diaper cover...remeber the flinstones? I kid you not, fuzzy reddish brown hair too! At one point I told my friend when she asked what I wanted to do next, was to take him home and put him in a basket for when I need a baby fix! We had lots of fun with some new props, and he looked like a tiny smurf. Getting the boys together was a bit harder as little "D" is not quite old enought to hold baby, and really just wanted to show me his toys! I was able to get a few of him when he least expected it...love the one on blue! Enjoy your sneak peek, there are many more to come!

Sneak Peek of Newborn "C"!

We have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby "C"...he is beautiful! Tons of hair, and 10 pounds! We had our sights set on getting lots of sleepy newborn shots, but Baby "C" had another plan! This little guy was awake for almost 2 hours! After a few feedings, a heating pad and some warming up, he finally settled down. I will say I have not seen a happier newborn while awake during a session! Mom and Dad were a huge help with posing and set up! Thank you again, for letting me capture these memories for you.

Sneak Peek of Baby "C"!

Can a baby boy be pretty? Oh YES! I love love love his eyelashes, not to mention those baby blues and chunky thighs! Sweetest personality ever! Mom was wonderful and so relaxed, it really shows! She found this awesome hat, and some ALL WHITE diapers, what a great option instead of a diaper cover and so all baby! For those of you who like this idea, they can be found at whole foods and are called 365 diapers! I am working on your gallery and will post it soon...edits are going super fast-we had perfect light and a perfect little guy. Thank you so much for having me photograph baby "C", I cannot wait for his 9 month!
